is a 6-week online wellness series for women of all ages, designed to bring you calm, clarity, and connection—right from your living room.
Each Sunday at 4:30 PM (AEST), we meet on Zoom for 45 minutes of light movement and real talk about what reallysupports your health and happiness. You’ll leave feeling grounded, energised, and ready to start your week with purpose.
What to Expect Each Week
20 minutes: Gentle, guided stretching (no yoga experience needed)
5-minute sip break – tea, wine, coffee, kombucha – your choice!
20 minutes: Supportive discussion on a health & wellness topic
You’ll also receive:
A weekly handout delivered to your inbox
A mini-presentation with practical takeaways
Optional Q&A and space for connection
